ive been having this issue for quite some time now and just figured it was from the heat and me wearing jeans during the hot season, i only get them around this time, when the weather is really hot. but as i stated above i figured it was because i was wearing jean. since the hot weather has come i have switched over to shorts and havent worn jeans since april and i noticed that i am still getting the spots on my legs they are normally just between my hip and my knee and only on the front of the leg no where else, although this year they are starting to go all around the leg but again not below the knee. and this is the same as when i was wearing jeans. i saw a doctor about it 2 years ago and he mentioned heat rash and think nothing of it but i think it may be more than that if anyone knows anything about it or is having a similar issue i would like to know thanks for your help
