red bumps and acne

I have been to 8 dermetologest in the past 5 years. Not one has done a test on my skin. The problem, i have these red hives on my neck very bad, on my cheeks, on my forhead, they itch hurt and burn. i have tried everything on the market, and have had about 15 different perscriptions. It is still here. nothing comes out of them they are just red and itch. I work with the public and its hard to hide my face. I am so discouraged i don't want to leave my house. please help me.

I would try going to see an actual doctor because there may be something that you are allergic to that you may not be aware of. They can do tests that can determine what is going on with your skin because you really never know what can be causing it.
