red bump on buttocks

I Am 19 years old and am having trouble finding out what this is. its a slight bump about the size of width of a pencil eraser it has gone down some you cant really tell its a bump unless you feel it. its pinkish painless and it kind of has a slightly less pink ring around it

its not in the crack but its kinda towarRAB the outer upper cheek area anyways any suggestions would be nice i dont think its a cyst because i have seen no puss

its been there awhile and it hasnt gotten any worse or more painful just looks kind of ugly
 
Probably just a boil(bad zit) but how do you feel otherwise? MRSA...an infection that is hard to get rid of.....is very common in locker rooms and can enter your blood from the slightest scratch and then comes up as boils in strange places...like the butt or the scalp. If you get more or it gets big, see your doc just in case. MRSA can be bad if not caught and treated in time.

Hi I would agree with Jennybc a MRSA infection can exist in a person even as long as 4 years and yet if it is not taken care of in some way or another with some type of treatment choice it could be a problem. If it is ugly perhaps a plastic surgeon would be willing to remove it. Even if it is an ugly old cyst it could still be taken off.
 
Most likely a pimple from sweat, bite, or irritation from cleaning solution. Most likely nothing to worry about unless it continues to grow or does not go away after a week.
 
its been there about 2 years more or less so its definatly not a bite

thought it was a wart so i used dr scholls did nothing so i dont think its a wart
