Recycled matierals trash car help?

I have to make a trash cart out of ONLY recycled matierals. with the excpetion of glue/tape/string. it has to be able to hold a raw egg and go down a slope and over a speed hump. What should I use for wheels? Every idea would be greatly appreciated

also, that would i use for the part connecting the wheels to the cart?
