Hi Spineys, I haven't posted in a long time. Was busy having a baby, who is now 7 months old. I actually had relief of my chronic back pain during pregnancy!
A bit of history. I am 35 years old. I have had (2) micro-d surgeries in the past 4 years on my L4/L5 disc.... I still live in chronic pain. I recently had an MRI and it showed that my L4/L5 disc reherniated for a 3rd time! and the L/3 disc above it has herniated as well. I am in shock..I am going on 5 years of chronic back pain. I am starting from the bottom again in treating the new herniations. I am getting an epidural and taking pain meRAB. My doc mentioned in the future, getting a disc replacement.
I am so young and feel my physical future could be even more challenging then it already has.
