Recovering cleared history in firefox.?

suppose i clear the history in firefox, is there any way so that i can get those sites i visited nd, what all i searched in google?
plz explain step wise.

Have you got any "restore" points/dates prior to clearing yr browser history? If so you might be able to re-set the sites, if they were that important you should of book-marked them 1st before clearing. However yr PC will lose any info between the changes (unless back-up) before you reset? Do you have an Ext HDD to back up to? IDK any other way to get yr info back.. Good luck.
