Permanent employment in a bank I currently am a receptionist for administrative office and recently discovered that a petty theft charge from 1998 Woodmere, Ohio, is still on my record. If I get into trouble when I pleaded guilty and $ 250.00 fine I thought it would be automatically expunged after 6 months, which of course is not the case never went before paying! Shoplifting case was not really, but with the person I was working at the store knew the girl and she gave us a lower price for the goods in bags without charging us for it and we put some stuff caught when the manager came to register it, so we all 3 went to jail and fine paid. Disqualify me for this job if I put it on the application and it has told the truth? Someone please help me! I'm going through an expungement, but this time they through June 14, I can do my background would not go running? "Can I be fired??
