Recommended PHP or ASP code generator...?

I would like to build a database heavy dynamic website with secure sign in and online payment options but am unfamiliar with ASP, PHP etc. I do have a VB college class under my belt as well as an HTML class so I do know a little bit of coding. Ultimately the page will I'm sure be "enhanced" by an official programmer but I would like to do allot of the work myself so editing of the resulting code is essential.

I have checked out dbQwikSite, Codecharge Studio, Iron Speed and ScriptCase, anyone recommend any of these or others?

Thoughts please
Planning on using MySQL Server....
