Recommend me a cellphone. Budget around and below Rs 6000?

Please recommend me a good cellphone . Budget goes till Rs. 6500. I'm happy with a cellphone under that price.

I would prefer a nokia phone with camera above 2MP. Still other phones are welcomed.
