A Canadian friend of mine (we live in NZ) mentioned recently that one of the biggest thing she misses about her home country (apart from her family!) is the nachos. She said the main problem is that salsa that you buy here is too thick and 'all wrong' lol. I'm wanting to make her some "real" nachos with "real" salsa. Does anyone have a recipe for home-made salsa that would be similar to what you would buy in an American or Candian diner/restaurant?
Thanks!
