Recipe for Chevy's :"FARMERS' MARKET QUESADILLA"?

You know, I've found a cookbook that is a combination of Chevy's and
Rio Bravo Fresh Mex cooking. Other than finding a recipe for Chevy's BBQ Chicken quesadilla and general quesadilla recipes, I didnt' see one for the recipe you want. However, I think you should take a look at Allrecipes.com for their cream sauce variations and come up with a combination that suits you. When I can't find a recipe I try to create my own by paying very close attention to the ingrediants and then copying them later. Good luck!
 
I've searched the web high and low but cannot find a copycat recipe for the authentic Chevy's Farmer Market Quesadilla. The ingredients should include (as the the dish description):
Artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes, mushrooms and roasted poblano peppers, with melted Jack cheese and habanero-pesto
cream sauce in a Parmesan crusted tortilla.
