Recieving a call from MEXICO on my Verizon phone?

i have a verizon cell phone and i was wondering if someone calls me from mexico and i recieve the phone call, will i be charged? i am not making the call. and i do not have the international plan.
Please help!
 
No, only when calling international does it cost you extra. You will only be charged your usual minutes, depending on your plan.
