yesterday i updated my media player from 10 to 11 then it asked me if i wanted to resatrt my computer so i did then when it started back up it started being very and i mean very slow now it hardly runs programs it takes forever to load the desktop when i try to play music or videos it is very slow.
there is no viruses or anything on my computer it just all of a sudden happened is there anything i can do to fix it because its getting on my nerves how long it takes everything to load
