I purchased a Mac a few months ago, thinking that it would be my personal assistant (LOL) in other words, basically thinking I would have less issues that Windows.
Well, I have never had so much trouble. No matter what browser I use, it shuts down on me and says it crashed.
I can't view "live web casts" for work
A lot of programs don't work as well as they did, some don't work at all anymore. I have used the application CD in hopes that it would send a red flag up saying, "oops, we found the problem and we gladly fixed it for you."
To top it all off, no matter what trouble or error I encounter, a box usually appears saying "report this to Apple" so when I press "yea, send my issue to Apple" I get another error box saying, "sorry, something went wrong." WHAT??!!!
Is MAC really that difficult?
