...ordered me a new phone for free bc? for free because i have the total equipment protection plan which covers everything. now i just got my new htc evo last week from the sprint store and yesterday i dropped it and shattered the screen and they say i have to pay 100 for a new phone. why is this? because when my dog ate it so badly the thing wouldnt even turn on anymore and was eaten it was free. and now with a cracked screen and it still actually works just fine it just has a cracked screen i have to pay $100
