the past 2 weeks I've actually stayed the same, which is highly frustrating as before joining I was losing on average about 2lbs weekly, I've lost 3 stone up to date but the current exercise I was doing (wii fit) become quite boring so I along with my Mum join the gym.
I go to the Gym 4 times Per week
my regime is
15 min's on the treadmill
15 min's on the low bike
15 min's on the cross trainer
15 min's on the high bike
but yet there has been no wieght-loss I'm just maintaining my current weight which is not what I want,
now I know that this form of exercise is all Cardio but someone told me that I'm exercising too much and turning my fat into muscle??? is this true and if so how the heck am I suppose to exercise and lose weight then????
I love going to the Gym and want to keep at it but if I'm turning my fat into muscle I'm going to have to stop???
I'm under the impression that Cardio burns fat???
