J John Rendleman New member Jul 8, 2010 #2 Ok I think I have the solution, first make sure you are running the newest version on iTunes, then while it is backing up hit cancel. Then try syncing

L Lemonhug New member Jul 8, 2010 #3 You just ahve to plug it in and leave it i'm afraid. It takes 2 hours for me to sync around 3 GB of stuff to mine, which is all music, if you have video's, TV shows or podcasts they all take longer than music.
