Ok, so I wasn't active for like 4 and a half months, and I recently decided to be active again. My workouts were 45 minutes of cardio, and then some sort of weights/ strentgh and core class/ pilats for 5 out of the 7 days of the week. I initally lost 5 pounds really fast but I knew it was just water weight, however I weighed myself today (1 week later) and gained the 5 pounds back. I'm noticing more tonation, but my problem areas are still problems! My upper abs are tighter but my lower ones aren't..and my arms are more toned but my thighs aren't
I think the problem is since i've started working out i've really craved junk food. I eat 3 normal meals a day and snack a little but I just can't stay away from fast food and candy lately and it started when I started working out again..help! I wanna get my beach body
