RECENT MAZDA 3 PRICES!?

I was wanting to purchase a brand new mazda 3. I live in Sydney and I'm just wanting to know if anyone has snapped up a real bargain recently. I will probably be buying the Mazda3 Neo Sport, but I am interested in hearing about the Maxx Sport. If possible let me know of the dealership (and name of the salesman).

Also, if anyone has an idea of what price I would be looking at for an ex-demo 2008 model?
