Receiving Configuration Messages on Unbranded E62, Problems?

Does anyone else have an unbranded E62 that can try this for me? I can send/receive SMS just fine on the phone, but it appears as though I can't receive configuration messages, or something, I don't know.

I've tried to setup Goosync and Zyb.com on my E62 and whenever they send the message, I don't get anything. Not even a few days later.

Can someone else with an unbranded E62 on Cingular try this?

The only thing out of whack that I noticed was that the Message Center in the SMS settings is just a random assortment of characters, rather than an actual number like normal. But it's like that with both my N73 and E62. I can use Google's Send to Phone Firefox plugin just fine.
 
I guess the reason is that may be configuration messages are blocked! Thats a common issue in US. Why dont you try the manaual settings, i find them quite simple to follow:

1. Go to Menu, choose Connectivity
2. Go to Sync,then Options
3. Select New sync profile
4. Enter Profile name: ZYB and press Ok
5. Now choose Applications
6. Select Contacts
7. Include in Sync: Yes
8. Remote database: contacts
9. Synchronisation type: Normal
10. Press Back and go to Calendar
11. Include in Sync: Yes
12. Remote database: calendar
13. Synchronisation type: Normal
14. Press Back and go to Connection settings
15. Server version: 1.1
16. Data bearer: Internet
17. Access point Select the access point to use for the synchronization connection i.e. Internet /WLAN etc (if you dont have one please contact your telephone company)
18. Host address: http://sync.zyb.com/
19. Port: 80
20. Username: your username
21. Password: your ZYB password
22. Allow sync request: Yes
23. Accept all sync requests: No
24. Network authentic: No
25. Go back twice, select ZYB and press Options, then Synchroniseto start sync

I have set up manually too - cant help it
