So, my statement due date is usually around the 9th of each month as today I logged in online this morning to make a one time credit card payment.
As I knew when this Bill was printed on Feb 20th, that the charges for my two services (Bell Tv/Internet) was about $75. But for some reason my One Bill Balance shows a credit of about $165 ($164.27cr).
I clicked on the "credits and adjustments" link to find that on March 4th there are 4 Adjustments for $60.00
Has anyone received something similar recently? Should I expect Bell to correct these adjustments? Should I let Bell know about it? How do I know which it came from (Bell Tv or Bell Internet)?
I do have a 30% Credit off my Bell TV Programming and a 9241 Rental receiver credit. I noticed on my most recent Feb 20th statement, that I did not receive the $20 9241 Rental credit. So I called in Feb 23, and the Rep applied it directly to my One Bill, as right after the call, I logged online and saw the $20.00 adjustment right away.
I'm wondering if she accidentally set up for an extra $240 worth in credits to be applied later (if so, what for?). I'm wondering if this also means I will no longer be getting the $20 Rental Receiver credit (this Credit only began in November for this receiver and is for 12 months). Should I just go on my way and hope for the best with future Billing?
