Recboot not working properly, says i need to download a certain version of

of .NET Frameworks? I tried to start up rec boot, because I am downgrading my Ipod to 3.1.2, but when I startup recboot, the following error is displayed
To run this application you must install at least one of the following versions of the .NET Framework:
v4.0.30319
Contact your application publisher for instructions about obtaining the appropriate version of the .NET Framework
What do I need to do about this?
