Wayne?s Corn Chowder

4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
Corn cut from three or four ears (or 2 cans)
1 large can white or pinto beans
1 large onion diced
1 4 oz can diced green chilies
3 stalks celery diced
2 cans chicken broth
? tsp. Garam masala
1 tsp, seasoned salt
? tsp thyme
1 tsp each rosemary and sage
2 cloves garlic minced
2 c milk
1 tsp. Pepper
Instant mashed potatoes

Cook and crumble bacon. Saut? onion and celery in bacon drippings. Add
seasonings, broth, bacon, and green chilies to pot and simmer 30 min.
Add milk, beans and corn simmer for another 10 minutes. Thicken with
instant potatoes as needed
