Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device

and press a key? I tried to put in a graphics card in and when i started the computer it said that message. I took it out, started the computer and again the stupid boot device crap. i think the computer cant recognize the wire connections. i plugged them in and out and now doesnt work for 2 months. i'm typing from the library computer. I there is probly a trick or something to get it to work, but i dont know what to do.. Please someone help

And i did change the order to Hardisk first
