Saw this in a psychology experiment at school. Thought it was pretty good, although I didn't see it all.

James Dean is good, although I don't think its his best film, its one of them.

It is a good film. Dean had the potential to be great actor, rather than simply a great icon.

I have to ask though. What sort of experiment was it that required you to watch this film? It's not exactly one that will illicit an extreme emotional response.

LOL, I thought the same, it was an experiment on us by the sixth formers. It was a memory test, seeing how much you could remember from the movie after watching it.

James Dean made only 3 films and only 2 were released before his death in a car crash - all were excellent and he was outstanding in all of them :
