on my old 91 mazda 929 the lower vinyl surround cladding is hanging loose ar the rear quarter panel on one side. the plastic pin at the wheel well holding it up can't attach it anymore due to body rust. there is a plastic bracket about a foot away from the pin that temporarily holds it up until i hit a bump and then down it sags again. advise/ options?
