Rearset Group Buy Interest

I have no idea who is running this..... but if there is starting to be a larger interest in the Acculigns, and people want the limited edition, then who ever is running this should talk with Matrix Motorsports if they haven't already.

I wasn't in on the last rear stand group buy, so I don't know who the company was and if they can even get those editions.
 
So if we wanted to go the route of the vendor who worked on the rear stand group buy. This is northerncalboy's vendor, I think there are 10 people now.

I called Matrix just now and left them a voicemail. One advantage if we went directly through them for the limited editions is there are located only 90 minutes from where I live. I am more willing to handle payments and shipping in this setting. I will wait to hear back from them, but I can setup a Paypal account to collect the funds for the sets plus shipping, and then pick them all up locally and ship them out to you guys. This would help the folks who are overseas.

I am willing to do what the group wants. Again, I have Sato and love them, but will organize whatever we go with. I may in fact sell mine and switch......they are stellar looking.

Updated. Will ask vendor about the limited editions for Acculigns -- keep in mind Accus are pricey on the retail market (fully spec'd out with the levers) so it's even more imperative that those who commit follow through.

Don't mind running the GB but I think AZMBS started this thread after my thread -- just trying to consolidate efforts here.

This does not include the actual levers. These are priced seperate. For a 1098/848 they retail at $275.00/set. The rearsets retail for $459.00. So total to make your bike work is going to be $734.00.

They are signifcantly more expensive than Sato or any of the others, but the quality is second to none, and they have the most versatility of any out there.
 
Hmm...Sato's is starting to look a little nicer, since it does come with everything for less. I'll hold out and
see how the group buy turns out.
 
azmbs: Let us know what Matrix is offering in terms of pricing, tatmoto will get back to me shortly. I think we need to note +levers or not for these users and factor that into the pricing when speaking to vendors.
