Rear suspension 1965 Chevy P/up?

We were tossing this around the other day. We have a late model Camaro rear end under this truck and we are quite happy with that.

But if we were to switch to an independent rear end which would be better? Right now we are split between a Corvette rear end or a Jaguar rear end.

Which would be better?
 
The Jaguar rear axle would be a great choice! The inboard disc brakes and the limited amount of travel allowed by the inner CV joints make it perfect for an old Chevy pickup!
