Rear Right tire on my 94 Buick Roadmaster estate wagon squeals loudly when I make...

Fuzzy Wuzzy

...a turn or go in reverse.? Originally I thought it was my rear brakes binding with the rear drum. I just had new shoes and drums put on the car. $370.00 dollars later with new drums and shoes...it's still making that noise. It almost feels as if something is binding when I go very slow in reverse with the steering wheel turned either way. It sounds almost like a rusty binding kind of noise. It definitely sounds like it's coming from the rear right tire.
Could this be a bearing problem with the rear wheel? I notice the car doesn't sit level either. Maybe a bad shock?? It doesn't seem to me that the frame of the car is rubbing. I'm confused.
Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? The process of elimination to rule out the problem. Please help!
The car made this noise before I had new drums and shoes put on. It still making the same noise now. It's not the parking break either. I have already checked that out.
I also had the rear end oil changed out about 9 months ago. The guy told me I should have it flushed a few more times over the next few months. I have never had to do this with any car I have ever owned. Could this have something to do with the rear right tire making a grinding noise when I go in reverse?? It doesn't make the noise when I go forward...only in reverse.

sounds to me like you have a rear wheel bearing going bad but of course it could be a shock or if you have a sway bar on the back then maybe the bushings are worn out.
