after 20 seconds? Rear Projection Panasonic tv i changed the stk ic chips and now it turns off after 20 seconds
i own a panasonic rear projection tv 53x54 or something and a red light blinks
 
Be certain your soldering is good. Make certain there are no solder "splashes". Feel each circuit you changed with your fingers and if one is hotter than the others, change it again. If these checks fail to correct the symptoms you need a professional.
