I think u just need to take the bus. U aren't very lucky with vehicles. :tongue: But seriously, what a jackass. If he takes you to court over this be sure u have lots of pictures of your wrecked car, the estimate of what it would cost to be fixed, if ANYTHING starts to hurt you out of the ordinary (ie neck problems, back problems) get it checked out right away and be sure they know you were in an accident. Then try to get copies of the medical evaluations. Keep it all filed away. U never know what a whack like that could try to pull. You just have to be ready for it with the proof that it wasn't your fault. I don't think any judge would rule for that freak.
