today at school. my breaks went out and i hit the car in front of me but there was no damage to the front of my car or the back of hers. but her car went underneath the car in front of her. no damage to his car. apparently her car doesn't work anymore(i don't know details) but i only hit the back and she hit the car in front of her. she went to the hospital for whiplash. no police were involved and no insurance was traded. what happens to me??
i do have insurance. she just sat there then drove off. then i did too.
