so this is kinda weird but me and my bf were fooling around and twice so far, as i'm getting there, i get the biggest charlie horse in my right foot. i know it sounds stupid but i dont want this to happen every time. i dont want him to stop but my foot hurts so bad and that ends up ruining the mood for me. i used to play soccer in high school and i had a whole bunch of ankle injuries, could this have anything to do with it? and what can i do to stop/prevent it?
