When I'm at work (Pt job, while in school) I am a little quiet but really polite and bubbly with the customers.
The older women who i work with is always yelling at me in front of the customers -manly about something that I did not do.
She once screamed and called me a Slob for something the other did not clean up. I feel as if I'm a doormat and they can say and blame me for whatever. I have been blamed on numerous occasions for things that had nothing to do with me
and yet they always call in and expect me to cover their shifts. They called me yesterday and I didn't get the message till late because it was my mothers Birthday, So I couldn't call back..
I know they're going to say something 'smart' tomorrow
HOW do I deal with this???
