Really sharp pains under ribs and throwing up?

It's happened about 4 times in the last few months. I will be completely fine and then I would get sudden sharp pains underneath my ribs and hurts a little when I inhale. It gets worse in the next few minutes and then I throw up. Once I throw up, the pain stops.

Does anyone know what this is?
