I haven't lifted or strained myself in any way in the past month or so. It has really started hurting for about 2 weeks. It hurts throughout the day but really starts to hurt at night. I have been doing the R.I.C.E (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevate) treatment for about a week now and no progress. I really hate going to the doctor but if it is something serious then I will. I'm only 19 years old so I don't think it's from "old age".... Any ideas on what it could possibly be?
