I'm 26, about 125 lbs and 5'8" and today was the first day I went to the gym in like 6 months!
Here's what I did:
10 mins on the step master/ 100 calories worked out
took a 2 minute break and drank water
5 mins on the step master/ 50 calories
Afterwards I felt like throwing up the water. Is this just a matter of building stamina?
Next time, I want to aim for 30 minutes. What can I do after this or will that be sufficient 4-5 days a week? I'm trying to tone up my thighs, stomach, butt. What work outs are best?
Great tips! I worked out on an empty stomach, but last night I had tilapia fish and cooked squash. I didn't know that about weights/cardio. Going to look into the weight section tomorrow. Thanks heaps!
