Really good anime to watch?

Lately I've really not been into anime because I just can't find something to hold my interest. I watched the last few episodes of Bleach (where Ichigo is all baddass XD) and I remembered why I liked anime =P I want an anime that makes it veerryy hard for me not to just go straight to the next episode. I want something like:
