well there is this awful stomach bug going around to the sports at my school... it has one of the football players hospitalized.... my best guy friend just got it and he says he feels awful and he is going to be out of football for a while.... today during volleyball practice, over 5 girls left early because they weren't feeling well.... even the coach was feeling sick.... the athletic trainer says it is highly contagious. I really don't want to get sick so what are some things I can do to try to prevent this bug??? also, what are some things I can tell my friend that he could do to feel better....I want to know this in case I get it too.... thanks!!!
