I recently brought a contract with Vodafone for £35 a month for 2 years. I unfortunately lost my phone so they decided that they will give me half price on the handset if I extend the contract for another 6 months. The fact that I have so many problems with the network I really don’t know what to do. I usually use 02 in my area. i live not too far from the M1 in London. Since I’ve had Vodafone iv been having:
Really bad reception, no more than 2 – 3 bars (majority of calls I make take place out of my residential area)
At points I completely loose reception for about 2 – 3 minutes
Call are dropped whilst in conversation and then cannot connect due to “NEWORK ERROR”
The internet speed is ever so slow
I have had to change my mobile handset about 7 times due to “factory/software” faults which is so irritating as loss of data and inconvenience occurs
And to top it all off the customer service is appalling
As a full time student I seriously cannot go on until May 2012 with this disgusting service
