I really need help.
Currently, I'm unable to go to any hospital, because I have no transportation. So I need some opinions.
A couple of days ago I fell down the steps of a catwalk. I stuck my legs out to stop the fall, and ended up jamming my knees up. There was a little soreness, but I could ignore it.
The next day, my knees and thighs were a bit stiff, but I could move freely, (except for a little hobbling when I walked) so it was still ignored.
This morning, however, when I woke up, I noticed that every time I sat down or stood up, my thighs would hurt really badly. They hurt also when I stretched my legs or walked. Sometimes, I have to hold onto things to keep my balance. I don't feel dizzy or anything, but my legs hurt so bad when I stand up or sit down that I barely move. They also hurt when I flip over in bed, or when someone taps the top of my thigh.
Any clues on what this could be? I have never pulled a muscle of spraine dor broken anything so I don't know what to look for.
