I would talk with your OB/GYN about this issue. It could be hormonal or it could be a structural issue. Hopefully it's just soft tissue and not an issue with your spine. There may be some good physical therapists that can work with you to strengthen your core muscles that support your spine that will help you as you go through the pregnancy and beyond. A healthy spine and back can greatly reduce or eliminate pain.
You dont want to take any pain meRAB or anti-inflammatories while you are pregnant if at all possible.
