Note: I hope I don`t annoy anyone with this post but I got sick of scammers and spammers that made posts in the forum for the last couple of days, thought that with this people can have a look and make an idea based on their iPhone / firmware / bootrom.

This tutorial is NOT meant to be another thread on how to jailbreak/unlock iPhone 2G/3G/3GS/4,
it`s just to let people know about the unlocking solutions available for every version and hopefully
stop new threads like "Can(`t) JB/Unlock iPhone 2G/3G/3GS/4 on firmware 3.x.x 4.x.x" or "New 100% working solution for 3GS, 4 new Bootrom".

ALL CREDITS GO TO DEVTEAM, GEOHOT AND ALL THE USERS THAT MADE THE TUTORIALS AND POSTED ANY SOLUTION TO PROBLEMS ENOUNTERED WHILE JAILBREAKING AND/OR UNLOCKING.

Correction, you can Jailbreak / Unlock 3GS on 4.0 with Sn0wbreeze if your SHSH blobs, from 3.1.3 !
 
Yeah ... welll if you have the old bootrom then people know about the SHSH blobs aswell, that`s why I haven`t said anything. With so many tutorials about it, I thought that people might know about that. I haven`t included all the tutorials in here, because that`s why the forum has a Search feature. The reason was because so many people were asking the same thing allover again without even looking at the previous posts or searching anything about it. There is the guide about the SHSH blobs in there.

i have macbook
i have 3gs with 4.0
i have shshs blobs but for version 4.0 ... not for 3.1.2 or 3.1.3

can i do jb?

yea you are one of the people who would go tell othere that they can jailbreak and unlock 3gs 4.0 once they have 3.1.3 SHSH blob saved but you wouldnt mention old bootrom...........leave the guy alone because your correction is wrong

the guy knows what he is saying
 
If you check the post you`ll see I kind of covered all the things regarding jailbreaking / unlocking procedures, the main idea was to stop other threads like "How to jailbreak/unlock my iPhone" without even searching the forum. If i left anything out there`s always search and it does wonders.

I hope that moderators will take this thread and others that help to prevent fake unlock solutions and spammers that advertise other websites. It has been going on for a while ... hopefully it will end soon..

Look carefully, the only thing copied was :You`ll have to wait until Devteam releases the new Spirit for Jailbreak, after that Unlock with Ultrasn0w: and it wasn`t from that site. The tutorial was written by me, I collected all the posts that were helpful and made them into one. Plus the main thing was not to make another post on how to unlock different iphones and bb ... it was just to sumarize the posts and basically to show people the trusted links from which they can get all the information.

Due to so many fake posts, I decided to make this thread, AGAIN not to be considered another thread about how to unlock iphones on different bb.

hahahaaa, till now we did not get the 30 July 2010 date, today is 19 July 2010 , the date in this post is not correct, and you know as well that you copied it, you have to know the the copying is not mistake, but the mistake that you don't refer the source
 
You have issues. First of all the links that are in that post, and the ones that I gave are different. 2nd the structure of the threads is very different. I don`t have to apologize for copying which I haven`t done. And yeah, again check before you post something. Stop flaming without knowing what you`re talking about. I don`t care about that site, like I don`t care about others. I`m on this forum so everything that`s here I consider it true, like many other users.
 
Yeah but respect others aswell, and you`ll get respect back. Getting along means more than helping someone and waiting for a "thanks". We`re not robots after all.
 
Oh c`mon, not this again. I told you, I made the tutorial myself, the credits for the tutorials and software go to the apropriate people, which if you take a look, I`ve mentioned.
