Alright,
So I have a Western Digital storage device, I put some files in public such as excels and word. I will be in one room of the house accessing maybe List.xlsx and one of my friends will want to access the same document but when they do, it says it's read-only, etc. And won't let them make any changes at all. I've read into this and it said to be some kind of master document thing.
Anyone have a clue what's going on and possible solutions to fix it?
