read my emails (in English please...)

Guys,
here is one application I wish to have - a program that will read me my incoming emails. Since I have BB service running, I get notified of each new incoming email, however I cannot read it while I drive.

The only thing I found so far is a software the will convert incoming emails to a voice message. But this is way too messy - I will have to set up a filter in my Inbox to forward some emails to my phone number so the phone gets new voice mail.

If there is something like that already exists - please point out.

I don't know if they've ported it yet, but a company called TWT had two applications for talking silently and reading SMS silently for 2nd Edition. They may have what you're looking for if you give them a Google real quick.
 
I'd like the same thing, only for Google Reader, and interactive, so after reading the first couple of sentences, I can say, "skip" or "star" or "read more"
