reactivating your alltel cellphone online?

My dad cancelled the alltel bill before he left town, he gave me permission to reactivate it and all his credit card information, but can't call in for me until monday when there are actual people to talk to. can i reactivate it from the website? can someone tell me how?
 
Well, first of all, you are going to have to take it to a Verizon store. Alltel no longer exists. Verizon bought them. You can still use your old phone since you were an Alltel customer, but they may make your dad do everything. There is no way you can re-activate it online either.
