Hello,
It all started when I got out of school for the summer. Whenever I get overly warm or hot (even getting erabarrassed or angry) I'll break out into what I can only describe as a rash. The rash is extremely itchy, almost unbearable.
The rash started out as only getting itchy and having small red spots on my chest, arms and thighs. It feels like it's gotten worse with time and now my chest becomes almost fully red and my arms and legs will be all splotchy. The red spots are now full on small feel-able lumps. I've seen a doctor and he said he had no idea what it is. I've tried several allergy medicines, ointments and creams. The only thing that seems to make the rash go away is instantly getting cold, but that only works if I'm at home and have an ice-pack and fan handy.
I'll be in my senior year of high school shortly, and this rash is threatening my attendance. If anyone has any idea as to what I could possibly have, please help!
Thank you.
