Re World Cup, what do you think of Wally Lewis's suggestion re Qld. & NSW.?

I can see where the King is coming from but I must disagree with him. We have an Australian side, there was an Indigenous team (this should be kept up especially for touring teams and competitions such as this). As well, apart from England and NZ most of the other teams are made up of ex pats or those who could play for Australia anyway e.g. Carroll and Thorne. If we followed Wally's lead there would be four Australian teams in the Cup, all of whom would beat the rest.
 
I read that Wally Lewis had floated the idea that to make the World Cup more even, interesting and cometitive that in lieu of having an Australian team involved that we should have instead NSW & Qld state of origin teams. I suppose their is a precedent in that we don't have a Great Britain side we have instead England, Ireland and Scotland. Do you think that that would make it more intersting and competitive and less predictable.
