I have a 2004 civic EX. I got an aftermarket pioneer DEH P4000UB headunit a year ago, replaced the front and rear speakers with JL speakers and have come to the conclusion without spending a bunch more money for AMP, subwoofer and component speakers that the head unit sounds very, very cheap compared to old factory head unit. The factory unit was warm, good base and I could actually hear all the music while driving on the freeway with the windows down. Pioneer unit is drowned out just by turning the engine on and cruising at 40 mph!!! Is there another head unit that is just as good sounding as factory unit or should I just put the old unit back in?
RE-install factory honda civic radio?
