Razr V3m Stuck On Bootloader Mode

Flashed it and it allways fails at about 80% and stuck on the boot screen can anyone help fix this?I will pay if someone can connect to me remotely and look at this
 
Is it a meid? Look under the battery at the label. If it has a Meid then that is your problem. I've had this happen a couple of times. You just have to try multiple flash files to get it going again. The good news it that it is in bootloader so it isn't "bricked". The bad news is I have only been able to revive one of these phones. All I did was try multiple monster files and finally one took. It is the risk you take with the MEIRAB.
 
Its one of them newer ESN models that doesn't like being flashed....you need to flash back to the latest Verizon firmware.
 
if it is stuck on bootloader mode i don't think it can be flashed back to verizon. if you know how to do this please post, as i have been unable to flash these back.
 
I tried flashing it back last night...I have YET to be able to flash it to anything right now. I tried the Generic, Alltel, Verizon, the only thing I haven't tried was US Cellular, he said he tried cricket, its what was giving him problems to begin with. So I am at a lost.
 
you're the one that said it needed to be flashed back to verizon, i'm telling you if it has an incompatible bootloader and you try to flash it the phone will be bricked. it will lose data not contained in the flash files and won't be able to boot again.
 
Well its done lol but then again someone told me i cant use these phones because im in a Triband Area Only?
Well i have 3 more of these working for verizon and the one thats stuck but i dont guess i can use them so i bought a ****** samsung spec so i could use my service today it was 70.00 for a junk phone cricket sucks for support and lack of selections of phones

Im having touble with this as well. I have an esn version and rsd lite just fails at about 80% anyone know what exact firmware version of the verizon monster i need to get it back on verizon?
